Ingredients
  • Génoise:
  • 4 œufs
  • 100g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de farine
  • 1 cuillère à café d'arôme vanille
  • 1 half teaspoon of baking powder
  • crème:
  • 25cl de crème liquide
  • 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
  • 1 cuillère à café d'arôme vanille
  • 1 praline chocolate bar
  • 1 half bar of dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar and the vanilla flavoring to whiten everything..
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix gently.
  3. Pour your dough onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  4. Enfourner pendant 15 minutes à 180°C.
  5. Dès la sortie du four, place your sponge cake with the baking paper on a damp cloth.
  6. Crème:
