Les biscuits les plus simples sont souvent les meilleurs et ces biscuits à la confiture de myrtilles en sont la preuve.

Une pâte à biscuit et un pot de confiture bio et hop! en avant pour des gourmandises! 🙂

J’ai déjà utilisé la même recette pour des biscuits au chocolat.

La pâte est très facile à travailler, vous obtiendrez un biscuit léger avec un bon goût de confiture à l’intérieur.

Bien évidemment tout autre parfum de confiture peut être utiliser.

Ingredients
  • œuf + 1 jaune d'œuf
  • 80g de sucre en poudre
  • 100g de beurre ramolli
  • 200g de farine
  • 1 half teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla flavor
  • de la confiture de myrtilles
Instructions
  1. Whisk the egg with the powdered sugar and the vanilla flavoring.
  2. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger.
  3. Pour in the flour and baking powder and mix everything together to obtain a ball of dough.
  4. Film the dough and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Take a ball of dough, that you will not spread too thinly.
  6. Place blueberry jam and fold the dough to wrap the jam.
  7. Cut with a circle or a glass to have a very round cookie.
  8. Place the cookie on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. Continue until the dough is used up.
  10. Brush the cookies with egg yolk and bake for 15 minutes à 180°C.

    J’aime beaucoup les myrtilles mais je ne les ai jamais utiliser dans des biscuits. Ça doit être super bon 😉

    A la myrtille ces biscuits doivent être très bons. Cela change du chocolat. Ils sont très bien réalisés en plus. J’en ferai bien mon quatre heures.
