Bowl of rice with green beans, egg and surimi bento style from Japan.

Le riz j’en suis fan; tant pour son gout et pour toutes les façons dont vous pouvez l’améliorer.

Si vous aimez le bento façon Japon ce bol de riz aux haricots verts, œuf et surimi va vous plaire.

J’ai utilisé ce féculent pour l’accompagner de légumes et de protéine façon Japon et comme un bento qui fera son affaire pour la pause déjeuner.

J’ai tout d’abord cuit les haricots ainsi que l’œuf à la vapeur grâce à mon assistant Power Quick Pot.

Il faut conservé l’eau de cuisson pour poursuivre avec le riz en mode pression.

Assaisonnez ce plat avec tout simplement du sel, du poivre et un filet d’huile d’olive; je suis dans ma période de plats light et healthy.

Vous aurez peut être l’impression que ce plat manque de gout mais point du tout; le riz a parfaitement le gout des haricots verts.

Le tout correctement assaisonné, vous donne un plat gourmand et plein de vitamines conservées par le mode de cuisson.

Ingredients
  • 50g de riz cru
  • 100g d'eau de cuisson
  • 1 poignée d'haricots verts surgelés ou frais
  • 1 œuf
  • 3 bâtons de surimi
  • sel, poivre, huile d'olive
Instructions
  1. Faire cuire à la vapeur vos haricots verts avec l'œuf en fonction "vapeur".
  2. Conserver l'eau de cuisson.
  3. Laver le riz.
  4. Verser le riz et l'eau de cuisson dans la cuve et lancer la fonction "cuisson pression".
  5. Dresser votre bol et versez le riz cuit.
  6. Disposez les haricots verts, le surimi découpé et l'œuf.
  7. Salez, poivrez et ajouter un filet d'huile d'olive.
